Please be aware, there are many times when our staff are required outside the shop or are busy with appointments, so the shop is not guaranteed to be open for walk-ins during all times listed above. Please call ahead before stopping by so Sherry can ensure availability.

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover for all services and products totaling $25 or more. There will be a $30 fee for all returned checks.


Cancellation Policy

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.  Clients who miss their appointment without giving any prior notification (no-shows) will be charged in full for the scheduled service. These fees/charges must be paid in-full before any future appointments will be scheduled. We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an “on call” status and have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. Because of this, we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue.

When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to this policy.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
